New York Has the Worst Early Intervention Program in America

New York has the worst Early Intervention Program (EIP) in the nation, ranking 50 out of 50. Even though infants and toddlers with disabilities are legally entitled to early intervention under federal law, there are 10k children languishing on the waiting list, which has grown by 500% since 2020.
